Arizona Cactus Ranch differs in the processing of prickly pear from other producers. We do not dilute it with water. We pick the fruit from an Natural Farm that is Certified by CCOF. The fruit is washed and then put it in a machine that processes the fruit producing 100% prickly pear juice and pulp. We never add water or sugar to our concentrated prickly pear juice and pulp product. "Because my process is so unique, I have been able to apply for PATENT.
